Damaged, Lost or Stolen Goods
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction, however, at Kenya Lash For Me, we are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged items.

Please keep in mind, that you do have the option to choose priority shipping, and “insurance” can be added to your shipping method.
It’s important you thoroughly review your shipping address information, especially if you are expecting to receive your package(s) at an apartment complex or office building. Once the status of your order reads “delivered” unfortunately, we cannot assist you any further.
